The postdoc is broken into two one year segments, with opportunity for renewal at one year mark assuming excellent performance.

Initial research on wise reasoning received the 2013 Association of American Psychology Dissertation Award (Div 20: Psychology & Aging).
Alex Huynh received the 2013 Brendan Gail Rule Award from the Canadian Psychological Association.
