Come enjoy a barbecue in the park and meet fellow grad students and post docs in STEM fields! There will be lightly structured conversation and games. Bring your friends, some snacks, and any picnic games to share! Free burgers and veggie burgers will be provided. All are welcome :)

The BBQ will start at 11 am and will go until around 1 pm. You can pop in whenever you get a bit of time! This is a casual event so people will be coming in and out :)

The Ontario Network of Women in Engineering has developed a new video to highlight the perspectives that young girls have about engineers. The video also highlights amazing female engineers!

Come join us for lunch and learn more about going on parental leave, whether you are a graduate student or faculty member. A group of knowledgeable panel members will be there to answer any questions!

The Women in Engineering (WiE) committee is organizing an end-of-term get together for female faculty, graduate students, and technical staff on Monday, December 7th, at 4:00-6:00 pm.

Come join us for lunch and learn more about going on parental leave, whether you are a graduate student or faculty member. A group of knowledgeable panel members will be there to answer any questions!

This workshop will focus on skills, strategies and "insider information" necessary to obtain a tenure-track professor position in science and engineering, to succeed in one and to advance to other positions of leadership.
This is also an opportunity to meet and network with peers.
