Exploring STEM: Gr 2-3

Exploring STEM is a free, in-person program for girls and non-binary youth in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region. Join us to explore and learn STEM concepts through fun and engaging hands-on activities like building circuits or coding LEGO robots.

Guides (Ages 9-11) are invited to the University of Waterloo to earn a badge awared by Ontario Network of Women in Engineering (ONWIE). Complete all the requirements through fun and interactive activity stations led by university students and staff. In addition to completing the badge requirements, the guides will also engage with inspiring mentors who demystify the university experience and technology careers.
