Welcome to the March Work-Learn Insight Newsletter. This winter has marked the first anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic that shifted our thinking about the workplace of the future as we grappled with the challenges of remote work and even remote talent management.

From the very early days of the pandemic, the Work-Learn Institute collected data from students and employers to understand the impact of the changes to our approach. Our organizations have all changed over the past year and as we look ahead, together well explore how our research can shape talent management practices from recruitment to upskilling to retention.

This issue focuses on how to maximize your talent recruitment practices to best position your organization and drive student interest in your job postings.
