2024-2025 Undergraduate Studies Academic Calendar - Published

The 2024-2025 Undergraduate Academic Studies Calendar has been published to the web today, April 2, 2024. As indicated in our March 25 email, the Calendar is now on a new website and a new URL - take the time now to update any saved bookmarks.

Winter 2024 Exam Reminders

Winter final exams take place April 11-26. View the current exam schedule for dates, times, and locations. Take the time now to get familiar with all the final exam protocols that you need to follow on the day of your in-person exam(s).

If this is the first time you are writing in-person final exams, review the Student Success Office's articles on test and exam prep for new strategies and perspectives.

Next week, on April 2, 2024, the Office of the Registrar will be publishing the 2024-2025 version of the Undergraduate Studies Academic Calendar.

Winter 2024 Final Examination Schedule Now Available

The winter 2024 final examination schedule has been posted.

Examination room information is expected to be added to the schedule by February 16.
Any changes to the schedule will be posted on the final examination schedule web page.
You should verify any specific exam room and/or arrangements with your instructor.

Select Your Spring 2024 Courses January 29 - February 6

Course selection is the first phase of the course registration process.

You can add courses to your spring 2024 wish list anytime during the Course Selection Period from January 29 (8:15 a.m.) to February 6 (11:59 p.m.).
Enrolment in the selected courses is not on a first-come first-served basis.
Enrolment in the selected courses is not guaranteed.

Your Fall 2023 Grades and Academic Standing

Your academic standing determines if you can proceed to the next term of study. Learn how to view your academic standing for fall 2023; it will be available in Quest January 18.

Deadlines for Adding and Dropping Winter 2024 Classes

Date reminders

Reserves on most classes will be removed January 15.
The last day to add classes is January 19.
The last day to drop a class with a 100% tuition refund is January 26.
