Heterotheca shevockii

Heterotheca shevockii (Semple) Semple is native to a small area of southern California.  It is distinguished by its tall stems and lanceolate-triangle upper stem leaves with often inrolled margins. The species is named in honor of James Shevock, who first discovered the species.
