The BOHM lab has a new publication! PhD candidate David Kingston was the first author of "Peak activation of lower limb musculature during high flexion kneeling and transitional movements" published in Ergonomics.
The BOHM lab has a new publication! PhD candidate David Kingston was the first author of "Influence of input hardware and work surface angle on upper limb posture in a hybrid computer workstation" published in Human Factors.
The BOHM lab has a new publication! MSc student Liana Tennant was the first author of "The effect of work boots on knee mechanics and center of pressure at the knee during static kneeling" published in the Journal of Applied Biomechanics.
Two members of the BOHM lab attended the annual Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE) conference this year; both students had podium presentations. The ACE conference brings together professional ergonomists, researchers, and industrial representative to discuss the current state of workplace design considerations and worker health.
The BOHM lab is happy to welcome two new members to our team: Gary Mangan (PhD - far right) and Dustin Maier (MSc - second from left). Gary is joining us from Wilfrid Laurier University and Dustin is returning from an engineering position in industry.

The BOHM lab was honoured to have two students selected, one for a podium and the other a poster presentation. The CRE-MSD conference brought together researchers and industrial representative to discuss how this program has influenced and advanced worker safety on it's 10 year anniversary.
Congratulations to Jordan Berry, who received an NSERC Undergraduate Research Award (USRA) for Summer 2015.
