The BOHM lab attended the Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) 2019 World Congress held in Toronto, ON. MSc student Natasha Ivanochko and PhD candidate Annemarie Laudanski both had poster presentations.

Congratulations to Adam Hunter, who received an NSERC Undergraduate Research Award (USRA) for Winter 2019. Adam spent the winter term continuing his work from KIN 431/432 (honours research project) where he was exploring two-dimensional models of thigh-calf contact in high flexion in the BOHM lab.

We wish him success in his future endeavours!

Congratulations to Annemarie Laudanski, who received the NSERC Alexander Graham Bell Canada Research Scholarship for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 academic years.

Her research will focus on the application of wearable sensor based machine learning algorithms for the detection and quantification of high knee flexion exposures in childcare workers.
