CAMJ graduate student wins COM 2023 Best Student Poster Award:
CAMJ group is honoured to congratulate Olakunle Timothy Betiku for winning the best poster award at the 62nd Annual Conference of Metallurgists held in Toronto, Canada. Olakunle’s poster titled “Pathways to improving the mechanical performance of press-hardened steel resistance spot welds” was awarded the best poster award (Doctoral – Materials Category) at the conference.
Olakunle Timothy Betiku is a PhD Candidate supervised by Elliot Biro of CAMJ. His PhD project focuses on “the role of microstructural modifications in improving the mechanical performance of resistance spot welded automotive steels”.
