October is Global Ergonomics Month

Global Ergonomics Month is a month-long initiative held annually in October to raise awareness of ergonomics and musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) hazards in workplaces.

This free webinar series will begin with a webinar summarizing our current understanding of the effectiveness of manual handling training for injury prevention and management; the best available research will also be used to make general recommendations for training program development, implementation and evaluation.

CRE-MSD is pleased to be launching a new free webinar series for the wind energy sector, in collaboration with Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS) and the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA).

Due to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, MSD Prevention in the Paramedic Sector II: Launching a National Ambulance Design Standard has been postponed and will be held at a future date.
