Research meeting practice to prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSD)

The Centre of Research Expertise for the Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders (CRE-MSD) conducts research to improve the understanding of and prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSD). The single largest contributor to lost time claims and costs in Ontario (and worldwide) is MSD. CRE-MSD is recognized for its focus on the primary prevention of MSD: saving workers from injury in the first place.

These resources share direct and indirect pathways in which workplace violence could contribute to MSD and provide suggestions on prevention efforts to mitigate workplace violence as a potential risk factor for MSD.
