Presentation Guidelines - OBC 2023

Podium Presentations

Oral presentations will be 7 minutes long followed by 2-3 minutes for questions. Please practice your presentation timing to ensure you do not go overtime and the conference stays on schedule.

PowerPoint will be used for presentations, so please ensure your slides are in PowerPoint format. Please bring your presentation slides on a USB, and see someone at the registration table the day before your talk to transfer your presentation onto the podium laptop.

Poster Presentations

Posters will be in portrait orientation, with a maxium width of 90 cm and maxium height of 120 cm (3x4 feet).

Posters will be pinned to poster display boards (pins will be provided).
