Reminder of priority order to be applied by conference organizers:

Podium priority order:
1. Students whose supervisor(s) is attending this year's conference
2. Supervisor selected (discretionary)
3. Masters students who have never given a podium presentation at OBC
4. PhD students who have never given a podium presentation at OBC
5. Final year PhD students (in order of least to most previous podium presentations at OBC)
6. Final year masters students (in order of least to most previous podium presentations at OBC)
7. Mid-term PhD students (in order of least to most previous podium presentations at OBC)
8. Undergraduate students (in order of least to most previous podium presentations at OBC)

Poster Priority Order:
1. First year masters students (in order of least to most previous posters at OBC)
2. Early PhD students (in order of least to most previous posters at OBC)
3. Undergraduate students (in order of least to most previous posters at OBC)
4. Mid-term/final year masters or PhD students (in order of least to most previous posters at OBC)
