Book club reads for Black History Month

We never need another reason to add books to our reading list, but Black History Month reminds us to include diverse voices. This month, Communication Arts professors Naila Keleta-Mae and Vershawn Young teamed up with the W Store on a selection of great reads.

The books include favourite reads from their personal collections, and include notable titles such as:

• Visitor: My Life In Canada by Anthony Stewart
• At the Full and Change of the Moon by Dionne Brand
• Jubilee by Margaret Walker
• Sister Outsider: the Speeches of Audre Lorde
