Christopher Greenhalgh holds a B.F.A Honors in Technical Theatre Production from Ryerson University.

Christopher’s Theatre life began at age 14 when he performed the role of Roger “Rump” in the stage musical version of Grease. Since then his efforts shifted to backstage instead of onstage.

Upon graduating from Ryerson in Spring of 2002 he has been on a diverse road trip of many genres in the Live Performance and Entertainment Industry. In 2003 he co-founded Scenelements, a custom fabrication business building scenery and specialty props for many clients in Canada, United States and the UK. Some companies Scenelements built for include Canstage, Roseneath Theatre, Mirvish, Le Theatre francais de Toronto, Marquis Entertainment, Theatre Direct, Nightwood Theatre, Carousel Players, Stage West Hotel and Restaurant Theatre and Ross Petty Productions.

In 2011 after completing The Railway Children for Marquis Entertainment and Mirvish, Christopher transitioned to work as the Technical Supervisor at The Burlington Performing Arts Centre. BPAC was a presenting venue where he had the opportunity to work with many different personalities that came across the stage such as David Suzuki, Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Lieutenant Governor David Onley, Ronnie Hawkins, Barenaked Ladies, Jim Cuddy, Sarah Mclachlan, Jan Ardin, Sean Majumdar, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, The Wiggles, Jane Goodall, The Arkells, Dean Brody, Royal Wood and many many more.
