In 2006 Janelle was asked to join the management team of the S.M.Arts Conference (Stage Managing the Arts) with Winston Morgan, an annual conference for and about stage management.  In 2010 she took over as director of the organization.  She also administrates the P.M.Arts Conference, a sister conference for production managers.
