We are happy to announce a partnership with the World of Retro Computing! Join us for the World of Retro Computing 2026 Expo taking place on the weekend of Saturday, September 12th and Sunday, September 13th, 10:00AM–6:00PM at the IDEAs Clinic in the Pearl Sullivan Engineering Building (PSE; formerly known as Engineering 7).
There will be hands-on vintage computers, gaming displays, special guest speakers, vendors, workshops, repair stations, a LAN party area, challenges, and more! No matter your age, there's something for you to experience here, whether you grew up on these machines or you've never seen one in your life.
All visitors are welcome! Attendance is free, and there are no sign-ups. Just drop by on Saturday or Sunday.
You can also walk over to Davis Centre across the train tracks to see the Computer Museum displays, including the IEEE Microchips that Shook the World traveling exhibit (Sept 1 to Dec 5).
Which Day Should I Attend?
The event will be taking place on Saturday/Sunday, September 12–13th, 10:00AM–6:00PM, but there will be different talks happening on Saturday and Sunday. More specific details of what will take place on each day are available on the World of Retro Computing 2026 Expo event page. Feel free to look up which talks you'll be the most interested in, so that way you can curate your experience to your curiosities! Visitors are welcome to attend Saturday, Sunday, or both if they prefer!
