As the semester starts to come to an end, finals’ season begins.
Join us in the DC Fishbowl (DC 1301) on Wednesday, December 6th from 5:30pm-7:30pm to take a break from studying and de-stress with your CFM peers. Come socialize and enjoy some delicious food!
In the spirit of the holidays, wear your ugliest holiday sweater to the event. The student with the ugliest holiday sweater will win a cool prize!
This is a first year and mentors only event.

The SAF class of 2018 will be holding their graduation formal dinner/dance on Friday, November 17, 2017 starting at 6:30pm at the Whistle Bear Golf Club.
Upon arrival, you will be given a menu to select your meal choice for the dinner portion of the evening.

Starting on Tuesday, November 21st if you were to drop a course you will get a WF (Withdrew/Failure, no credit granted, value 32) grade assigned for course(s) dropped. This means that a 32% will show up on your transcript attached to the course.
If you’re thinking of dropping a course, please connect with you program advisor at your earliest convenience. It is recommend to wait and see your midterm grades first before deciding to drop a course.
The last day to withdraw from classes without a withdraw fail (WF) is on your student record is Monday, November 20th.
A withdraw means that your record with show a WD for your course and a grade will not be calculated. Any courses dropped after this date will receive a WF and will be graded as a 32% on your transcript. If you’re thinking of dropping a course, please connect with your program advisor at your earliest convenience.
There is an opportunity to talk with upper year students about course content, academic pathways, and co-op experiences in the SAF Academic Coaching Centre. Come and find some life hacks.
The Centre is open Monday thru Thursday in HH 2101 for the fall term and offers "free of charge" tutoring. Each of the time slots has a 4B student staff person in the room so the staff bring a wide range of experiences to the role.
