On Wednesday, November 8th from 5:30-8:00pm we will be holding our first CFM Co-op Prep Event in HH 1104.
We know you have been eager to learn about the co-op process and start looking for your first ever co-op job in Winter 2018!
This is your chance to learn everything you need to know about the co-op process and get all of your questions answered.
You will been given a presentation outlining what the co-op process entails. A few upper year students will then share some of their experiences with co-op and give some advice on what to expect from the co-op process, job opportunities within CFM and how to get prepared for your job search over the winter break.
Next, you will be given a tour of the Tatham Centre, where you will be shown the different types of interview rooms and places to get help improving your resume, cover letter and interview skills.
The evening will conclude with dinner and time to socialize with your peers and advisor in HH 3158.
During the event, you will get the opportunity to order some business cards.
