University closure:

The University of Waterloo will be closed for the winter holidays from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, to Friday, January 2, 2026. Classes will not be held, and offices will be closed.

Refunds of credit balances are issued in the third month of every term. Be sure to add your Canadian banking information on Quest.
