To access the most recent versions of policies, procedures and guidelines with application across the University to our employees, students and visitors, please visit the Secretariat's Policies, Procedure and Guidelines website. 

Finance has the responsibility for establishing accounting standards and procedures and communicating them to the University of Waterloo community.  These guides, procedures and forms are meant to be a key resource for staff, faculty, and other individuals with financial responsibility which we have centrally located on the CAS authenticated Finance Resources for Faculty and Staff website (WatIAM credentials required to log in). The Finance Resources website is also meant to serve as a centralized repository of financial guidance, training and reference materials.

Note that this information is meant to supplement rather than substitute for the Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the University maintained by the Secretariat.
