Important Notice: Canada Post Strike and Payment Processing
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, mail delivery services across Canada remain disrupted. If you currently send payments to the University of Waterloo by cheque through the mail, please be aware that these disruptions may delay the receipt and processing of your payment.
To ensure timely payments, we strongly encourage all customers to make payments electronically via EFT or wire transfer. Our invoices include instructions for electronic payment. If you require specific banking forms or assistance setting up electronic payments, please contact us at uwbanking@uwaterloo.ca.
