The Conflict Management Certificate Program is a versatile and well-rounded professional development program in conflict management and leadership which delivers skills-based training workshops led by accomplished practitioners and academics invested in learner success. Workshops are currently delivered synchronously online and in-person. A certificate can be completed fully online (connect with the Program Manager for additional details). Some electives are only offered in-person, such as Peacemaking Circles. Workshops can be taken in any order to meet your individual needs and interests, although Understanding Conflict Foundations is encouraged to be completed early, as some electives build on the content covered in this workshop.
