Malcolm holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy, and is also a graduate of the Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation from Conrad Grebel University College. Malcolm embraces being a life-long learner. Malcolm’s additional training includes Dialogue for Peaceful Change, Nonviolent Communication, and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching.
Malcolm has been working with leaders, teams, organizations, and communities across the world for nearly 20 years. His professional background is in Organizational Development, and, beyond that, he has explored a wide range of disciplines in order to expand his ability to work with different types of challenges including Conflict Coaching and Mediation, Complexity Science and Theory U, Facilitation, and Systems Coaching.
When working with congregations, Malcolm brings a deep understanding of churches and the challenges they encounter having both worked with denominations over several years in his role with Credence and Co, as well as his close family ties to ministry leaders.
