Campus Wellness releases student support resources for employees

Campus Wellness student support pamphlets.

Campus Wellness (CW) is now sharing resources for faculty and staff members who provide support to Waterloo students.

CW has designed a new Supporting Our Students guide that is available both online and in print. This guide provides tips on how to recognize, respond to, and refer students in distress, as well as contact information for referral agencies both on and off campus.

There are additional resources you can request or training sessions you can attend, including:

  • Do You Need Help decision tree posters;
  • Campus Wellness promotional postcards;
  • Mental Health Support business cards;
  • Slides that you can display in your first lecture that identify what services are available on campus;
  • QPR Mental Health Training;
  • More Feet on the Ground Mental Health Training; and
  • safeTALK Mental Health Training.

If you would like to request the Supporting Our Students guide, or any other wellness resources resources, you can request them using this web form.”
