Ecohydrology Research Group Attends the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Canadian Geophysical Union (CGU)

Thursday, May 30, 2024

From May 26th to 29th, Ecohydrology Research Group members attended the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Canadian Geophysical Union (CGU) in Richcraft Hall at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. The multidisciplinary conference featured public and plenary lectures and oral and poster presentations on hydrology, biogeosciences, geodesy, and solid earth. More information about the conference can be found on the conference website.

Ecohydrology Research Group (ERG) researchers Philippe Van Cappellen and Fereidoun Rezanezhad, together with Kara Webster of Natural Resources Canada, organized the session titled Cold Regions Wetlands and Peatlands in a Changing Climate: Science and Management. ERG researchers Jovana Radosavljevic, Steph Slowinski and Philippe Van Cappellen, together with Claire Oswald from Toronto Metropolitan University, organized the session Freshwater Salinization. Both sessions featured oral and poster presentations.
