The Environmental Studies Coffee Shop is dedicated to offering premium quality coffee and foods from local shops while maintaining high environmental standards. Our coffee is Rainforest Alliance-certified and is roasted in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. We are 100% student-run and hire new volunteers each term - stay tuned to this page and our Instagram at the beginning of each term if you want to join the team.
