CCDI Webinar: Transdisciplinary approaches to DEIA

This first instalment in Sparking the Collective calls us to action through deep collaboration. Grounded in the belief that everyone has a vital role in transforming systems, participants will engage in knowledge sharing, dialogue, and critical reflection that transcends singular expertise. 

Transdisciplinary approaches to DEIA create bridges between practices, knowledge, and lived experiences to generate new insights and sustain initiatives. By learning how to apply these approaches, participants will strengthen their ability to address polarization, misinformation, binaries, and bias.

Learning and Participation Objectives

• Connect with DEIA practitioners, leaders, and changemakers to move beyond traditional compartmentalized learning.
• Empower participants to connect diverse ways of knowing across roles, sectors, and communities.
• Develop new insights to apply transdisciplinary strategies to DEIA initiatives.
• Deepen fluency in critical thinking through intersectionality and reflexivity.
• Model the power of co-creating new practices through shared inquiry, innovation, and relational responsibility.
