The International Geographical Union (IGU) Conference on Health, Environment and Sustainable Development: Changes, Challenges and Opportunities in a Post-Pandemic World will be held in Bucharest and Danube Delta, Romania, from June 13 to 16, 2023. The event will address critical issues related to health and healthcare, environmental changes and sustainable development after the COVID‐19 pandemic.

Submissions of abstracts for oral presentations and posters addressing these issues as well as other issues related to theoretical, empirical, methodological or epistemological aspects of health geographies, environmental and land use changes, local and regional development challenges are welcomed. Abstracts must be submitted by April 20, 2023.
