MES Student
Gwenyth McCarthy is an MES student in the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo, under the supervision of Dr. Leia Minaker. Her research interests lie within the analysis of food systems through the following determinants; health, economics and the environment, with a specific interest in the comparison between local and global food systems. Gwenyth completed a BES in Geography and Environmental Management with a specialization in Development and Environment at the University of Waterloo.
