Yuki Yeung is a PhD student in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management at the University of Waterloo. She has a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with a specialization in Climate Change and the Environment, a Diploma of Excellence in Geographic Information Systems, and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Waterloo.
At convocation, she was the recipient of the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award for Geography and Environmental Management (2023). Yuki was also awarded the Ontario Graduate Scholarship (2024), and the SSHRC J. Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship - Masters (2025) to support her graduate studies.
