Hi everyone! I’m Ashley, the Treasurer and Developmental representative for 2019-2020 GASP. I’m in the first year of my PhD and I research language development in infants, kids and adults. I love coffee (especially from Liquid Assets in Haggey Hall), fancy notebooks, a good book, and occasionally going to the gym!
My name is Cameron Smith, I am a 2nd year Ph.D. student in the Social Psychology program here at Waterloo. My primary research interest is communication and the development and maintenance of close relationships.
I am starting my PhD in the Cognition and Natural Behaviour (CaNB) lab with Evan Risk. I love board games, popcorn, and cats.
I'm friendly and approachable and love to talk so if you need anything from me, feel free to come by and chat!
Hi! I'm Ryan. Broadly speaking, I study persistent memories (e.g., involuntary and/or emotional ones) and their links to mental health. I'm a huge tabletop RPG nerd (Pathfinder, anyone? No? Makes sense.), my facial recognition ability is within the range of prosopagnosia (sorry if I walk past you!), and I'm almost constantly listening to music (read: insufferable hipster junk).
