All skill levels welcome! This is different from Open Mic - less 'performance' oriented, with a casual feel.

A Taste of Oasis: Oasis is a network of Communities of Compassion and Reason for nonreligious people. A Taste of Oasis meets every other Tuesday in the Grad House (5:30 - 7pm) for live music, refreshments, an inspiring TED-like talk (by a faculty member, staff, grad student or community member), and friendship. Writing regularly helps with productivity and motivation. The Writing Centre is offering weekly group writing sessions for grad students. These loosely-structured events are designed to help grad students connect to a larger writing community, to stay focused, and to keep making writing progress.
Come join your fellow grad students for a delicious community meal. Be sure to bring your grad student ID and get here early as quantities are limited!
