6.13.0 Attendance. Non-members may attend meetings. Graduate students not members of Council, with permission of the Chair may make a short presentation to Council on an issue of concern. The Council may vote to go into confidential session and exclude all non-Councillors from the meeting. The Chair may unilaterally move the meeting into confidential session only to discuss the need for an extended confidential session.
