Waterloo: The Ontario Graduate Students’ Alliance (OGSA) released a position paper today in support of their call for the province to introduce a refundable technology tax credit in the 2015 budget. The paper, Refundable Technology Tax Credit: A proposal for the institution of a provincial technology tax credit for Ontario graduate students, highlights the benefit the provincial investment in graduate students will have on research, innovation, society and the economy.
