Official from the British Consulate-General in Toronto visits the University of Waterloo

The
University
of
Waterloo
welcomed
the
Head
of
Science,
Innovation
and
Policy
at
the British
Consulate-Genera
in
Toronto,
Arthur
Kong.
While
on
campus,
Kong
engaged
in
discussions
with
a
team,
headed
by
vice-president,
International
Relations,
Bessma
Momani,
comprised
of
members
from
Waterloo
International
and
other
campus
partners.
Kong
was
also
invited
to
tour
several
areas
on
campus,
including
the
Waterloo
Institute
for
Nanotechnology
(WIN)
the
Waterloo
Centre
for
Automotive
Research
(WatCAR),
the
Tatham
Centre,
Science
Teaching
Complex,
and
the
Earth
Sciences
Museum.
An
alumnus
of
Waterloo,
Kong
also
participated
in
engaging
and
insightful
discussions
with
WIN
and
WatCAR.
The
efforts
and
perceptions
gained
from
this
visit
assist
universities
from
Canada
and
the
United
Kingdom
to
collaborate
on
targeted,
interdisciplinary,
and
innovative
partnerships
in
the
future.
Waterloo
International

develop
from
