Leaders from the University of Waterloo were pleased to host a visit of the Canada-UK Foundation so soon after representatives from both organizations met in London, UK at the end of January 2018.  

The visit included a tour of the Accelerator Centre and Velocity Garage in order to illustrate the innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem at the University of Waterloo. 

University of Waterloo leaders were pleased to welcome delegates visiting from Seoul National University. Visiting Waterloo International, the visit contained discussions regarding continued initiatives and partnerships between the universities.

University of Waterloo leaders were delighted to host delegates visiting from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

The visit included discussions regarding student exchange and research collaborations, as well as an overview of Cooperative Education.

Canada’s Assistant Trade Commissioner to China met with University of Waterloo leaders to discuss educational linkages and partnerships with universities within China’s Fujian Province.

The visit also included a tour of the Sedra Design Centre.
