About the IT Advisory Board

it advisory boardThe IT Advisory Board (ITAB) is a committee of undergraduate and graduate students who meet to share feedback, opinions, ideas and perspectives on the IT services provided for students at the University of Waterloo.

Each meeting will focus on a different topic (e.g. networking and wireless internet, email systems, helpdesk support, etc.) Members have the opportunity to learn more about current IT services in addition to upcoming projects/initiatives.

Information Systems & Technology (IST) holds four ITAB meetings each term. Meetings are held once a month in the evening and last approximately 75 minutes each. IST recruits new members every Fall and Winter term; meetings are currently not scheduled during Spring term.
