Project Management Office (PMO)
The Project Management Office (PMO) provides leadership and stewardship to staff, faculty, and students for a number of key practices related to project and program management. Our experience has shown that the proper application of project management best practices leads to more successful outcomes. The PMO builds project management capabilities through related information resources on tools and techniques, workshops (including custom), consulting, mentoring and a Community of Practice.
