Andrew is a partner in Deloitte's Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Services group and has been practicing tax since 1993. He has provided tax planning, transaction services and audit support/tax accounting services to multi-national corporations, income trusts, REITs, and private equity investors. He has been a speaker at a number of tax seminars.  Andrew graduated from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, in 1990.
