Deborah has an extensive background in the area of tax planning and education. Her past roles include consultation with clients and their professional advisors regarding financial, estate, retirement, trust and succession planning. She has worked with a broad array of clients including closely held private businesses and key executives to develop appropriate financial, succession and estate plans. She is actively involved in the area of professional development for financial and estate planning and is the author of several publications in this field. Most recently, Deborah was the director of professional development and corporate secretary at the Canadian Tax Foundation. She is a graduate of the Master of Taxation (MTax) program
