The Medieval Studies Department is proud to present a lecture by Dr. Richard Greenfield from Queen's University. The lecture, which is open to the public, is titled Maxing the Sanctity: Asceticism, Miracle, and Authorial Enhancement in the Late Byzantine Lives of Maximos "the Hutburner" and features work from his forthcoming Dumbarton Oaks volume, The Holy Men of Mount Athos.
