Here you'll find the resources you need for teaching undergraduate courses in the Faculty of Arts in a particular term, including important dates, grades, academic rules for assignments and tests, academic integrity information, course outline requirements, as well as resources for course development and student support. Previously this information was distributed in the Beginning of Term and End of Term memos sent by the Arts Undergraduate Office. It has now been reorganized and converted to a web format.
The Arts Computing Office provides computing accounts, computing facilities and computing support to faculty, students, and staff.
For website maintenance and other web matters, both Arts and the University's Web Resources provide support for maintaining our websites. To inquire about new sites within Arts, please contact Elizabeth Rogers.

The HH Hub was designed and constructed specifically to provide social and study space for Arts students. The Hub is normally open seven days a week, 24 hours per day. On weekends and late evenings, your best bet is to enter via the front doors (facing Arts Lecture Hall), which remain unlocked.
HH 1042 Founders Hall, H3 Cafe
Founders Hall is social and study space for Arts students and therefore is not bookable for events.
HH 2034 Project Cube
The Project Cube is available for booking by Arts students with a valid Watcard. It is furnished with 10 tables, 24 chairs and 3 benches. Maximum capacity of the room is 43. To book, contact the Dean of Arts Office, ext. 32400.
The Project Cube is surrounded by faculty and staff offices, and the 3rd floor lounge is quiet study space for students. To maintain a respectful working and study environment, AV equipment such as microphones and speaker systems are not permitted in the Project Cube.
HH 3042 Study Deck
The Study Deck is quiet study space for Arts students and therefore is not bookable for events.
The lab runs nexus machines and are only available for booking by Language instructors. To book the language lab follow the Arts classroom scheduling processes
The lab has 42 pc stations and a data projector that can be booked for classes or tutorials by instructors. Instructors and students will require nexus accounts to use the computers. To book PAS 1237 follow the Arts classroom scheduling processes.
The lab has 20 iMacs, 5 MacPros and a projector. It is only available for booking by Fine Arts, English, and Digital Arts Communication instructors. Instructors and students will require nexus accounts to use the computers. To book ECH 1205 follow the Arts classroom scheduling processes.
