Kalindi Shah (she/her) graduated with a Masters of Climate Change (MCC) from the Department of Geography and Environmental Management at the University of Waterloo in Fall 2022. She joined the P4A team as a Graduate Research Assistant in June 2022. Currently, she supports the Director, Manager of Research Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator in creating research project documentation, conducting targeted literature reviews and in all other logistical components of research. Before MCC, she completed a Master of Science in Physics from India in 2019 and worked at research institutes in India and Germany. She is inclined toward climate policy analysis and developing action plans that describe projected climate impacts, quantify current and future greenhouse gas emissions, and identify strategies to build adaptive capacity and resiliency.
