Qualifications
Applicants should normally hold a PhD in Religious Studies or a related discipline. The Department will consider late-stage ABD students.
Duties
Typical duties include developing and delivery course content and assessments (including a course syllabus), 3 hours of classroom time per week (36 hours per term), weekly office hours, course administration and regular communication with students regarding course content and special circumstances, developing assignments and/or tests, grading of student work, and the preparation and posting of final grades.
Course Delivery
These courses are in-person and require the instructor to be on-campus for classes.
Per Course Stipend
The current sessional stipend is $8,910 (+4% vacation pay) for the term (subject to change resulting from collective bargaining).
