What can you expect?

• A simple breathing meditation (non-religous).
• A practice and tool to help calm the mind, sharpen focus, de-stress, and relax.
• An opportunity to learn and practice pausing and centring yourself when you need to.

Join the Waterloo Indigenous Student Centre (WISC) and the University of Waterloo Office of Indigenous Relations (OIR) for a celebration of Indigenous heritage. Learn about Indigenous culture through various vendors, dancers, and singers from the Waterloo Region and beyond.

What can you expect?

• Indigenous artists share their work and performances
• A community event filled with celebration and learning
• This event is free, however we recommend bringing cash for purchasing items from the vendors.
