ELI Student Leadership Team's 2024-2025 Achievements
A Year in the Life of the ELI Student Leadership Team
The ELI Student Leadership Team is a space where students in Renison’s English Language Institute (ELI) get to grow—both in their confidence using English and in their leadership skills. Over the course of a semester, students met every other week to build together an event for the wider Renison and UW community. It’s hands-on, collaborative, and, as I came to learn, incredibly heartwarming.
iBASE Leadership Team
During the Summer term, students completing the iBASE program can join the iBASE Leadership Team. Through this team, iBASE students work together over the course of seven weeks to plan and execute an event for the Renison community. Together, they complete seven Leadership workshops that help enhance their experience as future University of Waterloo students.
