Join Peer Leader Rubee and Chaplain Scott for an interactive workshop series to help you feel grounded each week. With a focus on gratitude, you will complete a series of workshops that introduce mindfulness practices and techniques.

What can you expect?

• Mini-lecture on each week's mindfulness practice content
• Interactive activities that allow you to practice gratitude and mindfulness in a comfortable and guided space
• A sense of community and gratitude at the end of each session

Want to gain some Canadian volunteer experience to enhance your resume? Join the ELI Student Leadership Team and work with your classmates to plan and facilitate a fun event for the Renison community!

• Attend bi-weekly meetings to plan your event
• Learn about different leadership skills each week, like teamwork, communication, and organization
• Host an event 100% planned and created by the students, for the students!

Join Renison and the University of Waterloo as we "scare away hunger" by trick-or-treating for canned goods and non-perishable food items.

What can you expect?

• Join a team with your friends and receive a route in Waterloo
• Go door-to-door saying "trick-or-eat" and ask for donations for WUSA Food Support Services
• Dress in costume, or wear something warm to enjoy this fun and giving experience!

Have you ever wanted to shoot a bow and arrow? Now's your chance! Join your peer leaders for a chance to learn the skills of archery from UWaterloo's Archery Club!

• You'll be learning from the best! The students teaching archery have been doing it for years!
• A chance to really live out your Legolas and Katniss Everdeen dreams!

• Carve a pumpkin in small groups using a design of your choice
• In teams, dress up your peer leaders using an array of costumes and decorations provided.
• Show off your pumpkins (and your spooky peer leaders)
