I bring compassion, cutting-edge research, and 25 years of on-the-ground experience to championing diversity in STEM. I'm a world-renowned expert on diversity in STEM, an experienced public speaker, and an award-winning teacher. With $5 million in federal grants, my career focuses on developing and testing strategies for retaining and advancing women in science, engineering, and other traditionally male-dominated fields. For the last 25 years I've mentored women scientists and engineers, and worked with STEM institutions, across Canada, the US, and Europe. I'm passionate about making STEM organizations great places for women and non-binary people to work and helping STEM women and non-binary people succeed.
