The Design of Structural members subjected to tension, compression, bending, and combined axial and bending loading according to the Engineering in Wood design standard (CSA O86-14). Design of connections (Nail, Bolts, Dowels, Rivets, Self-tapping screws), lateral design of light-frame wood structures, gravity and lateral design of CLT structures, and fire safety.
